What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Orders with free shipping have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 10 business days after payment confirmation and shipping.

For express shipping (paid option), the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

I placed my order. When will it be shipped?

We have a processing time of 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. After that, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected (Standard or Express).

Which size should I choose?

All products on our website include a “Size Chart” tab, where you will find all measurements in centimeters and their corresponding sizes based on the actual garment dimensions.

How can I track my order?

The tracking code will be available on our website within 3 business days after payment confirmation. You can track your order on our “Track Your Order” page.

I tried to track my order, but the code appears as invalid. What happened?

Since we work with international shipping, the tracking code may take up to 2 business days to be activated after communication between the carrier and the local postal system.

My order was charged customs duties. What should I do?

If your order was charged customs duties, you can make the corresponding payment and send us the proof so we can process a refund for the amount. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to manage the payment directly.

Do you offer wholesale purchases?

Since our pieces are exclusive and have limited stock, we cannot guarantee large quantities for wholesale purchases. However, depending on the value of your order, you can contact us to discuss the possibility of applying a special discount.

I placed my order with the wrong address. What should I do?

Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can modify the address in our system.

If the order is already with the carrier, you will need to wait until it is returned to our warehouse before we can reship it to the correct address. A reshipping fee of €10 will apply.

My order arrived, but I only received one item. Is this normal?

Since we work with multiple suppliers, some items may be shipped from different warehouses. It is completely normal for them to arrive separately.
